3. I don't know if anyone will see this, but at the end of the game, Joel is at peace, eating pancakes with his dream dog in heaven. A pug that looks just like Maya. She is in heaven with Joel, she is at Peace <3

4. I didn't know what this game was,but I couldn't look away. I lost my grandpa to cancer in January, so this hits pretty hard.

6. Reminds me of my father… he died a year ago of stage four liver cancer. Cancer no matter the type no matter who has it is a cruel disease…

   I remember every minute with him. I held him. I remember telling him it is okay to go and that I love him as he was passing. I remember checking for a pulse before we called a hospice nurse so they can take him from me.

   I remember everything like it happened yesterday.

   To those going through it… be strong. I love you

8. this is the moment where pewds decided not to get children, dont get me wrong, i have been bleesed with 2 healthy beautiful kids but its a russian roulette, not even sickness but accidents, its so hard not to think in every single thing that could go wrong in the every day, its the most beautiful, sad, easy and hard job i have ever experienced.

11. Thank you, Pewds, for supporting indie games and especially for putting information and a link to the game in your bio. I recently had the honour of meeting the creators of this game, Amy and Ryan Green, via zoom for one of my university classes (my professor knows them somehow). They are wonderful people who went through an incredibly challenging time. As a cancer survivour myself, this game was extra touching and special. Thank you for playing, and or honouring the message it conveys, even thought you stopped before the ending. I hope you finished the game on your own time, and took the time to view all the pictures during the credits. What a powerful message of humanity and faith this story serves. Cheers, Jay
