I read Starship Trooper for the first time around 50 years ago. I've seen the movie since, of course. They are totally different animals. ONE thing I DO NOT Understand is this idea that either (book or movie) even suggests a society that needs war to function.
And today we have even more war ! I think there is a pattern developing here in human history.
