My mother had poor planning when moving, we arrived late for our flight and she got charged for a flight an hour later I was happy as we missed out on breakfast so grabbed food.

I wonโt accept this from you random employee who has no power. Frick you!!! Call the frickin police if you have an issue!!โ They choose option 2โฆ itโs not even that the airline company is not wrong, they overbook and mess up all the time, but the screaming almost always works terribly worse than kindness. I guess crying hysterically sometimes works apparently. If you are kind then sometimes you may find that the employee bends over backwards and ends up somehow working it outโฆ maybe the kick someone who is an asshole off the plane and give you the seat. Lol
